Custom balcony and exterior remodel in Atlantic Beach:  We removed windows on two sides of this town home and replaced them with Sliding Glass doors that lead to a new balcony and deck.

    One of my favorite jobs ever:  we used "forever materials"- hardiboard fiber cement siding, Azek pvc trim, all stainless steel fasteners, vinyl windows.... this house will look like this and be rot free for years to come.

- removed all damaged T1-11;  wrapped home in Hardie Wrap weather barrier;  installed new color plus James Hardie siding, trim, fascia and soffit (no exterior wood is exposed to the elements!);  constructed a new roof addition at the beach side of the home
